  2. Received Leadership and Service Award (SILVER) from The University of Auckland for serving as the Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering for the North New Zealand section in December 2017

Co-Professional Activities

 

  1. Participated in the Solve IT Challenge that was held at The University of Auckland and solved the problem 'Increasing Women in STEM' and received a standing ovation from the General Manager, Beca, Mrs Darryl-Lee. This was a 2 weeks challenge held between 4th September and 15th September 2017.

  2. Served in Engineering Postgraduate Buddy Programme and received an appreciation from Dean of Engineering, The University of Auckland on 20th October 2016 [Certificate]. 

  3. Completed the Level 5 certification on Adult Training and Education conducted by LearnPlus, New Zealand (Unit standards: 4098, 11551, 11552) in April 2016.

  4. Currently serving as a Chair for North NZ IEEE WIE (Women In Engineering) affinity since Feb 2016

  5. Served as President of Engineering Postgraduate Society (EPS) at The University of Auckland (Feb 2015 - Oct 2015)

  6. Co-organised 'G08 Workshop', which was participated by the Head of department/Schools of Electrical and Computer Engineering of top universities in Australia and New Zealand held at The Langham, Auckland, New Zealand on 17 and 18 November 2014

  7. Guided the new UoA (The University of Auckland) students as a Uniguide by taking them to campus tour and faculty welcome on 16 July 2014
